Always fast and easy to communicate with! I called to say I was on my way to pick up and it was snowing and they had my car warmed up with heat on ready to drive right out of the lot- it was a nice gesture in the middle of a storm! Been coming here for 8 years 🙂

Toyexus Auto Repair is the most honest and convenient place I’ve taken my car. The staff were friendly and clearly knowledgeable, explaining everything in plain language. My oil change was done quickly and efficiently, and the waiting area was comfortable. If honesty had a location on Google Maps, it would be here. I will definitely come back for all my car maintenance needs.

I had a great experience with Wendy and Toyexus. I had to get my front differential actuator replaced and they were quick, knowledgeable and accommodating. Things were repaired quickly and they fixed my issue in a timely manner. Would highly recommend taking your Toyota here and support a small business!

I had a great experience at Toyexus Auto Repair, especially since it was my first time there. Wendy was wonderful to work with—clear, patient, professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. The repair needed on my 2005 4Runner was significant and costly, but she took the extra time to do a 3-way call with me and an out of state family member to explain everything again so I could get help to make the best decision on the situation. She also kept me informed every step of the way. Since Toyexus Auto Repair took care of my car, my Toyota runs better than ever, and they will definitely be my new shop for my aging Toyota.

Legit could not say enough great things about this shop - went above and beyond, performed no-hassle warranty work when manufacturer parts were defective (not Toyexus' fault), great communication, reasonable prices, etc. Their business practices demonstrate they are interested in building rapport with long term customers, not just a quick buck. Without going into the details, which would make for an longer review, they did warranty work on an item that many shops would push back on for being a product of wear and tear. Then, immediately after that, they went way out of their way to accommodate some relatively unique aspects of my vehicle with a follow up project I requested - simply because they felt it was good business to help me out. I've worked with a LOT of mechanics in the past (didn't alway drive a Toyota..). The folks at Toyexus have been some of the most, if not the most, straightforward/easy/honest/endorse-able to work with.

April was the best person I could possibly work with for my Acura repairs. I felt so comfortable working with a woman the entire time and she went above and beyond to get my extended warranty company to pay what they should and worked with me for the remaining balance. She kept me updated and was always on the ball. I will be taking my vehicle here for any future issues. Thank you so much!
